It seems that every part of the coasts of Florida has its own name: The Emerald Coast, The Treasure Coast, The Sun Coast, and The Forgotten Coast. All are equally splendid. In Naples and Marco Island, we call ours The Paradise Coast, because that’s what it is. As the name suggests, it is a paradise for all. Our coasts boasts having more than 10,000 islands and we can assure you that you will have as many reasons to come here as the number of our islands; each reason better than the last. One thing that is interesting enough to mention is that you can take shells and stones with you along our beaches. Most beaches don’t allow this kind of practice but at the beaches of Naples you can take a shell, sea urchins, and starfishes that would serve as your souvenirs, something to remind you of the happy moments you spent here. This is perfect for the kids and the sentimental types. A word of caution though, make sure the shells you take with you are uninhabited or are not occupied with any living thing as we ought to preserve the eco-system of the area.
