The wooden boardwalk that goes out into the sea which you can find in Naples Pier is truly amazing in that you can not only use it to view birds, dolphins and the sunset on a regular day, you may also use this as a nice vantage point when catching the 4th of July fireworks display. The City of Naples 4th of July Fireworks is annually held in Naples Pier and usually begins at 9PM onwards to 12AM. This is a lovely opportunity for family and friends to gather as they feast their eyes on a dazzling display of lights that paint the night sky.
Celebrate with a festive bang with family and friends as you celebrate the 4th of July in Naples Pier. The fireworks display is presented to everyone exclusively by the city of Naples. For safety reasons, the fireworks are shipped out into the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico and there a team of professional pyro-technicians will set the fireworks off in a glorious fashion which usually lasts for a good half an hour or so. People can view this amazing display from the beaches that lay along the Paradise Coast, even as distant as Bonita Springs.
The swirling lights and the swooshing rockets that seem to emanate from the Gulf of Mexico is such a sight to behold. The loud booming sounds and thundering echoes of the fireworks up in the air certainly capture the attention and evoke awe from all who see them. The green, red, purple and yellow lights that burst forth against a pitch black sky is a marvelous masterpiece comparable only to the magnificent works of art found in Naples, Florida’s museums and galleries.
This means that beaches will be flocked with people and parking may become a hassle. So this means that you may want to come early to secure a good parking spot. Anyhow, there will be concessionaires, food and drink stands all while the fireworks event is going on so there would be no need to go far. Or, if you can’t be bothered to go anywhere at all because of the thick crowd, you can call us at Divine Naples and we can deliver food to you, to right where you are. No need to go anywhere and no need to give up your parking space.
However, if you want to have a more private experience and have a little extra to spare, you may want to bring or rent a yacht and watch the fireworks exclusively from your own boat, out in the sea. The privacy and the exclusivity balances out the hefty price tag that come along with this option, we assure you.
Celebrating patriotism and independence is unique in Southwest Florida. However, the 4th of July is not the only time where fireworks displays are held. There’s also the New Year’s event and other festivals that may feature them.
